The best building experiences are the result of proper and thorough planning. To bid your job we will need your selections for finishes - tile, flooring, trim, windows, doors, lighting, appliances, etc. Your architect or designer/selections coordinator can provide this service for you. Do you have someone already selected for this, or would you like us to provide recommendations?
Last minute or on-the-fly changes to the plan are 100% achievable. However they can be VERY expensive. The best way to ensure your build’s completion within budget is to commit to your decisions from the beginning. What is your decision-making style?
What is your budget for this project? Is this a hard budget (cannot exceed this amount), or a desired budget (flexible if needed)?
